Impact Statement

The Fund for Employee Ownership leverages patient capital to acquire small and medium-sized businesses, convert them to employee ownership and support them over the long term. As a worker cooperative, every business in the Evergreen Network is majority owned and democratically operated by its employee members. Governance of each cooperative is based on one member-one vote, and profits are equally distributed among employee owners.
